8 HEURES DE STAGE / 2 niveaux  

  • Inscription en duo
  • 4 Ateliers
  • 2 heures par atelier
  • 2 propositions différentes (2 niveaux) à chaque atelier
  • Chaque duo travail dans son niveau

 

NIVEAU 1  

  • Vous débutez
  • Vous renforcez vos bases / Vous précisez votre technique

 

  • VENDREDI 11h-13h : 8 avant (ocho adelante) / Guidage, exécution, et application
  • VENDREDI 15h-17h : 8 arrière (ocho atras) / Guidage, exécution, et application
  • SAMEDI 15h-17h : Marche et petites figures en système croisé
  • DIMANCHE 11h-13h : Tour (giro, molinete)

 

NIVEAU 2  

  • Vous avez un minimum de 3 années de pratique assidue
  • Vous maîtrisez le pivot, la marche croisée, et le tour
  • Vous connaissez les postures ouverte et fermée

 

  • VENDREDI 11h-13h : Sacadas rythmiques dans le 8 avant extrême
  • VENDREDI 15h-17h : Invasions (par le cavalier) dans le 8 arrière
  • SAMEDI 15h-17h : Sacadas de la cavalière dans la marche croisée
  • DIMANCHE 11h-13h : Combinaison : sacada de la cavalière et invasion du cavalier
